Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply to Bastion Feed ("Bastion", "the service"), a Shopify app operated by Mujtaba & Co. ("we"). By installing or using Bastion, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the store you manage.

1. The service

Bastion sends your Shopify product data to Google Merchant Center, checks your products and store policies for problems, and suggests fixes. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Your account and permissions

• You must have authority to connect the Shopify store and Google Merchant Center account you use with Bastion.
• You are responsible for the products, prices, claims and policies in your store and feed, including suggestions you approve.
• You must comply with Shopify's and Google's terms and policies, including Google Merchant Center policies.

3. No guarantee of approval or results

Google decides whether products are approved, and whether accounts are suspended or reinstated. Bastion helps you find and fix problems but cannot guarantee approval, reinstatement, traffic or sales.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed through Shopify at the price shown in the app. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time; charges already billed by Shopify are not refunded except where required by law or Shopify's policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Bastion to send prohibited, counterfeit or misleading products, to break any law, or to interfere with the service or other users.

6. Data

Our privacy policy explains how we handle data. You keep ownership of your store and product data.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Bastion running without interruption but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms; we will post changes here and announce significant ones in the app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Bastion in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or account suspensions by third parties.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using Bastion at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
